I'm a loyal Samsung customer however the latest phone is a big disappointment. No SDcard? No phone jack? No MST? The S21 is a big step backward.

It's the worst phone, I regret my purchase .

Great Phone, Until the Black Screen of Death!

3 out of 5 rating

Portland Randy · 4 days ago

I absolutely love this phone, when it is functioning correctly. The display is bright and clear, until there is no display at all. I've had my phone for 9 months and the first 8 were wonderful -- easy to use, good battery life, reliable, overall an A. However, last month , I woke up to find my display was black and there was nothing I could do to get it functioning. 3 hours later, the display magically reappeared. This week, same thing, no display, except this time it was black for 15 hours before, somehow, it reappeared. Because of those issues, I wouldn't recommend. My warranty replacement is on the way ...

Galaxy S21 is the Best Phone I've Ever Owned

5 out of 5 rating

Mike G · 6 days ago

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

The Galaxy S8 and now the amazing S21 have made me a dedicated Samsung fan. I've used a variety of phones over the years (including an older iPhone) and always remained on the lookout for something better. Not anymore. Now I only have eyes for my Galaxy S21. The S21 is powerful, thin and light with the world's best display and packed full of features for typical and power users. Reliability, performance, and battery life remain excellent after one year. Even though I'm using macOS now, I have no interest in getting an iPhone. Despite giving up some benefits of remaining in one ecosystem, I still prefer the Galaxy S21 with OneUI over iPhone with its ugly notch. I also feel the Galaxy line is a better value —especially now that Samsung offers three years of Android/OneUI updates.

Overpriced but your only choice...

Sara · 9 days ago

If you need a new phone now and don't want a gigantic, heavy android. Overall, it's ok...haven't had a Samsung phone before but the camera seems to suck compared to my pixel 2. Had the pixel 6 for a hot second , but was too large and camera was far superior. Phone is fast , battery life is good, seems to take a while to charge , however. My other complaints are just general things I don't like about Samsung vs Google phones...won't rant on that here. The second Google doesn't make a brick, I'll go back to a pixel. Bottom line: nice and light, easy to use with one hand, call quality/5g is great. Download Google messages , calendar, phone etc and it'll be much better. Still don't see why this is $800 but for those of you who need/want a small phone and it's your main criteria - this fits the bill.

This is awful!!!

1 out of 5 rating

Xena · 9 days ago

I will admit I've had this sitting in a box for a while before setting it up. Should have left it in the box. This phone is terrible. The biometrics don't work at all. The pictures are awful and I need to take pictures for my job. It keeps disconnecting itself from the network. At least the ringer is loud, with the alarm clock anyway. I'm switching back to my S10e which is fantastic but a bit slow. It takes much pictures as well. Also, this one doesn't have a headphone jack, which is on me for not noticing. I'm going to try and get my money back on this, or at least have it applied to my account. This phone is absolutely atrocious. Do not waste you time or money. You'll only be irritated. If I could give zero stars I would.

An ok phone....was expecting a lot more

Brian · 10 days ago

Coming from a Google Pixel 3, I was looking forward this this phone. Not that the Pixel 3 was bad, I've just never had this new of a phone. And I have to say I'm disappointed. The screenshot feature doesn't work half the time. The biometric doesn't work very well. The Bixby assistant pops up randomly. A LOT of spam calls get through, I quite literally had 10 over of the course of 1 hour at one point and had to mark them all as spam manually and I switched back to the Google phone app and that seemed to help. Over all their OS doesn't seem very solid to me. Good points to consider. Good battery life. Good zoom for pictures. It does take great pictures.
