This phone struggles to maintain connectivity and would stop working switching from 4G to 5G on a regular basis. This all started to happen after the first update a little over a month after I got it and every update caused another problem with this phone. From additional connectivity problems to apps freezing where I had to hard reboot the phone. The longest 2 years with a phone I have ever had. Thankful next month I can upgrade to a functional phone.

Thank God I have one more payment on this hideous phone, which I am making today, and my 2-year commitment is up. Trust me it has been a long 2 years. This phone has been a nightmare from day one I have always been a fan of Samsung. I own enough of their products. But this phone has really started me thinking about switching to a different phone all together. This is my fourth S21 in 2 years. I don't really have an issue with the phone dropping calls I have an issue with the phone making and receiving calls and making and receiving text messages. It'll just stop working every now and then. I have to turn off the phone completely. restarting does not work. let it sit for about 30 seconds and then turn it back on. what kind of crap is that? And I will never get over the fact that they have stopped including a charging port with their new phones. I get a cable and that's it. I have to go out and purchase additional equipment when I've already paid how many hundreds of dollars? And the Verizon people? they could care less. They offer no explanation, no apology, nothing. I don't know about anywhere else, but where I live they won't even transfer your information from your old phone to your new phone. You have to do it yourself. I am a baby boomer. I was not born with a chip in my brain like these kids are today. It took me almost 48 hours to completely transfer everything over to my new phone because I didn't have a clue as to what I was doing. And all I heard from them was "we're not allowed to touch your phone". So combining a bad product with the worst service, I hear AT&T calling my name

First time I got this phone I had it for a year and a half, I severely broke the screen, it lasted for a good 4 months then stopped charging one day, got a refurbished phone with the exact same specs and this time with a super fast charging cable, within the first 2 months I had let the battery completly die and doesn't want to charge or even display anything showing it is charging or a slightest vibration very disappointed with this phone for as much as I loved it.
