[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a Samsung phone user since they first came out and have never wanted to switch. I've never had any software issues or battery issues outside of it getting somewhat warm while charging. I use it for all of my sports stuff, season long fantasy, dfs, scoreboard updates, etc. Obviously it is my go to device for all my world news updates as well and I do plenty of heavy gaming with no issues ever. Galaxy AI is my go to for all things! Whether it's settling an argument or utilizing it to help with studies. Love Samsung and will always stick with their prodcuts!

Streaming is top notch for picture quality in gaming, movies, browsing the internet and getting a lot of things done with multiple applications. Camera quality is way above than almost perfect quality pictures. It never ceases to amaze me at all with what Samsung continues to accomplish year after year with technology. I just got my samsung24FE. Today it locked me out. It says I need to put in my password. They said it was 1 letter and 3 numbers. I did not make a password!! HELP

The phone does require a password when setting the phone up initially, if you are unable to recall that password, the phone can be reset using an alternate reset method. It will require you have the gmail address and gmail password that was used during initial setup as well.
