I chose this brand because of it's durability, it's ease of navigating through the screens and apps as well. Something changed, that's why I only gave it 4 stars. It's no longer durable. It easily cracks just like the others popular brand; name I will not mention. I'm happy that's it's AI friendly, that helps a lot, but for the most part Samsung is my phone if chose.
