Overview

Whole Office Protection provides small businesses with coverage and 24/7 tech support for their eligible office technology in up to two business locations, to help ensure business continuity.

Your primary address for Whole Office Protection coverage is your Verizon service address. You may change your second covered business location up to three (3) times per year. In order to cover a second business location, you must add it through your Asurion dashboard at my.asurion.com/dashboard or at the time of filing a claim. Your addresses must be used primarily for business purposes. Terms and conditions apply to both covered addresses, and claims at both covered addresses will count toward the plan aggregate claim limit.

2 on-site visits per 12-month period for help with connectivity issues, including connected product setup and network assessment, and more.

Office support visit services include troubleshooting assistance, network assessments, and setting up select products including streaming players, wireless printers, and eligible wireless routers. Excludes rented and leased routers, including those from Verizon. Office support visits do not include physical installations, mounting, or steps that require tools. Please review Terms of Service for a full list of office support visit services.

Access to office tech installations for $99 per product.

Office tech installations are available in select locations for select products, which are subject to change at any time. Products must be new or fully functioning at the time of installation, and Wi-Fi access must be available for certain products to be installed. Availability of installation services is contingent on certain criteria, including product type, business location, and appointment/technician availability.

Includes coverage for mechanical or electrical  failures caused by defects in materials and/or workmanship, normal wear and tear, and power surge for an unlimited number of eligible products. Plus, for certain portable electronics, unintentional and accidental damage from handling, including drops, cracks, and spills, is also included.

A service fee of $0, $49, or $99 may apply when you file a claim. You can file an unlimited number of claims in a 12-month period, up to $3,500 per individual claim and an annual claim limit of $10,000. Claims must be reported within 180 days of covered breakdown.

The plan provides coverage for a wide variety of past and future office electronic purchases, including devices such as laptops, tablets (if not already covered by any of the Verizon device protection options), desktop computers, printers, portable Point-Of-Sale (POS) systems, smart security cameras, and monitors.

If we determine that we cannot service your product, we may provide a replacement product, or we may, at our discretion, issue you a reimbursement based on replacement value, age, and condition of the product, as determined by us, immediately prior to the covered breakdown.

Coverage starts at day 31 of enrollment, but you can access technical support, office visits and office tech installations on the date of your enrollment.
