This Service Level Agreement ONLY applies if so specified in the Service Order Form

  1. Network Availability Guarantee: The Singapore Internet Dedicated Network Availability Guarantee set forth at http://www.verizonbusiness.com/terms/asiapac/sg/dedicated/ will apply to each dedicated Internet access connection in Singapore ordered as part of IP VPN Dedicated Service, provided that references in that Network Availability Guarantee to credits calculated on the basis of a Monthly Fee shall mean the Monthly Fee for the dedicated Internet access connection for which that Network Availability Guarantee was not met, not the entire Monthly Fee for IP VPN Dedicated Service.
  2. 100% Local Loop Availability Guarantee: The Singapore Internet Dedicated 100% Local Loop Availability Guarantee set forth at http://www.verizonbusiness.com/terms/asiapac/sg/dedicated/ will apply to each dedicated Internet access connection in Singapore ordered as part of IP VPN Dedicated Service, provided that references in that 100% Local Loop Availability Guarantee to credits calculated on the basis of a Monthly Fee for the Local Loop shall mean the Monthly Fee for the Local Loop only, and not the entire Monthly Fee for IP VPN Dedicated Service.
  3. Network Latency Guarantee: The Singapore Internet Dedicated Network Latency Guarantee set forth at http://www.verizonbusiness.com/terms/asiapac/sg/dedicated/ will apply to each dedicated Internet access connection in Singapore ordered as part of IP VPN Dedicated Service, provided that references in that Network Latency Guarantee to credits calculated on the basis of a Monthly Fee shall mean the Monthly Fee for the dedicated Internet access connection for which that Network Latency Guarantee was not met, not the entire Monthly Fee for IP VPN Dedicated Service.
  4. Network Packet Delivery Guarantee:
    The Singapore Internet Dedicated Network Packet Delivery Guarantee set forth at http://www.verizonbusiness.com/terms/asiapac/sg/dedicated/ will apply to each dedicated Internet access connection in Singapore ordered as part of IP VPN Dedicated Service, provided that references in that Network Packet Delivery Guarantee to credits calculated on the basis of a Monthly Fee shall mean the Monthly Fee for the dedicated Internet access connection for which that Network Packet Delivery Guarantee was not met, not the entire Monthly Fee for IP VPN Dedicated Service.
  5. Reporting Guarantee: The Singapore Internet Dedicated Outage Reporting Guarantee set forth at http://www.verizonbusiness.com/terms/asiapac/sg/dedicated/ will apply to each dedicated Internet access connection in Singapore ordered as part of IP VPN Dedicated Service, provided that references in that Outage Reporting Guarantee to credits calculated on the basis of a Monthly Fee shall mean the Monthly Fee for the dedicated Internet access connection for which that Outage Reporting Guarantee was not met, not the entire Monthly Fee for IP VPN Dedicated Service.
  6. Circuit Install Guarantee: The Singapore Internet Dedicated Circuit Install Guarantee set forth at http://www.verizonbusiness.com/terms/asiapac/sg/dedicated/ will apply to each dedicated Internet access connection in Singapore ordered as part of IP VPN Dedicated Service, provided that references in that Circuit Install Guarantee to credits calculated on the basis of a Start-up Charge shall mean the Start-up Charge for the dedicated Internet access connection for which that Circuit Install Guarantee was not met, not the entire Start-up Charge for IP VPN Dedicated Service.
  7. Denial of Service Response Guarantee: The Singapore Internet Dedicated Denial of Service Response Guarantee set forth at http://www.verizonbusiness.com/terms/asiapac/sg/dedicated/ will apply to each dedicated Internet access connection in Singapore ordered as part of IP VPN Dedicated Service, provided that references in that Denial of Service Response Guarantee to credits calculated on the basis of a Monthly Fee shall mean the Monthly Fee for the dedicated Internet access connection for which that Denial of Service Response Guarantee was not met, not the entire Monthly Fee for IP VPN Dedicated Service.
