The service is designed around a Session Border Controller as a Service allowing for VoIP connectivity to Microsoft Teams in more complex environments requiring capabilities like connectivity to or controlled migrations from legacy phone system equipment, connectivity to call centers, third party SIP integration, analog device connectivity, or special configurations for international regulatory requirements.

Verizon Calling with Microsoft Teams provides a monthly per seat price for the service and service options. No capital investment or one time fees. This allows for communications budget planning with no surprises.
