Digital Third Party Authorization (TPA)
Digital TPA: Third-Party Account Authorization (often facilitated by a Digital TPA process) is the official permission you give to another person or company to act on your behalf for specific tasks related to your Verizon account. This is typically done through a Letter of Authorization (LOA) and is used to grant access for things like account changes, information retrieval, or service management, ensuring that Verizon recognizes the authorized party's authority.
Setting up Third-Party Agency
Setting up Third-Party Agency
Follow these steps while logged in to My Business Wireless to grant a third-party agency access to manage your business account:
NOTE: This setup process can only be performed by Primary Contacts and Admins with root-level access on the account.
Click Manage in the top navigation bar.- Under the "Company" column, click Admin dashboard. In the left navigation panel of the Admin Dashboard, click Third Party Account Access Authorization Form.
- Under the "Selected profile" section, confirm the profile for which you want to grant access.
- Under the "Enter third-party agency information" section, provide the Agency name, Street address, City, State, and ZIP code.
- Under the "Add third-party users" section, enter the First name, Last name, Phone number, and Work email address for the TPA user.
Select the desired Role for the user. Roles determine the level of access:
- Administrator: Manages the entire organization's account, including approvals.
Analyst: Manages billing, devices, and some account settings.
- View only: Views account information without making changes.
- To grant access to more users, click Add another user.
- Click Continue to move to the review page.
- Review the entered Third-party agency details and Third-party users. If changes are needed, click Edit next to the relevant section. If the information is correct, click Sign to authorize the access.
- A Pop-up will appear upon clicking Sign. The POC or Admin must sign the digital document within this pop-up to finalize the authorization. Once signed, the third-party agency is created, and the POC/Admin can now add any remaining TPA users or manage existing ones. The POC/Admin can download the final agreement from the My Documents page after 48 hours.
