A Small Business is any business concern that meets the criteria in CFR 13.121. Diverse Businesses are those whose utilization contributes to our diverse business goals in SLED or Corporate reporting (certified through SLED entities and corporate entities such as WBENC and NMSDC).

Mid-tier Businesses have revenue ceilings of $500M over a 5-year lookback average.
