Manage plans
My Business Wireless plans
Verizon offers a variety of wireless plans to choose from:
- Business Unlimited plans
- Flexible business wireless plans
- Machine to Machine plans
- International business plans
To maintain consistent communication for your business and avoid overages, it’s important that you make sure you have the correct plan(s) assigned to your account.
Depending on your plan type, you have several options for managing your plan while logged in to My Business Wireless.
If you want to change plans:
- Navigate to Manage > Account > View Wireless numbers
- Select the wireless number(s) you want to manage
- Click the I want to … dropdown and select Manage Plans (100 Line Max) in the Plans and Features section
- If you have more than one account, select the desired account from the list of account tile boxes or search for the account in the Search field, and you will be taken to the My current plans page
- On the My current plans page, select a plan under the Account Share Plans or Individual Plan sections
- On the Plan details page, scroll down, select the lines that you want to change plans on and click Change plan
- Select the plan you want change to*
- Choose the data allowance that you want for the plan
- Click Continue
- On the Review and submit page, choose the Effective Date and click Submit
If you only want to change your plan’s data:
- Navigate to Manage > Account > View Wireless numbers
- Select the wireless number(s) you want to manage
- Click the I want to … dropdown and select Manage Plans (100 Line Max) in the Plans and Features section
- If you have more than one account, navigate to Manage > Account > View account numbers, select the desired account from the list of account tile boxes or search for the account in the Search field, and you will be taken to the My current plans page
- If you have more than one account, select the desired account from the list of account tile boxes or search for the account in the Search field, and you will be taken to the My current plans page
- On the My current plans page, select a plan under the Account Share Plans or Individual Plan sections
- On the Plan details page, scroll down, select the lines that you want to change plans on and click Change plan
- Click Change Data in the pop-up box
- Select all the lines from the next pop-up
- Click Continue
- On the Review page, choose the Effective Date and click Submit
If you want to change lines on different plans at once:
- Navigate to Manage > Account > View Wireless numbers
- Select the wireless number(s) you want to manage
- Click the I want to … dropdown and select Manage Plans (100 Line Max) in the Plans and Features section
- If you have more than one account, navigate to Manage > Account > View account numbers, select the desired account from the list of account tile boxes or search for the account in the Search field, and you will be taken to the My current plans page
- If you have more than one account, select the desired account from the list of account tile boxes or search for the account in the Search field, and you will be taken to the My current plans page
- Click Change different plans at once (you can only select lines from one account)
- On the Make a plan change for lines on different plans page, select from the list of numbers on the account and click Change plan*
- Select the data allowance for the chosen plan
- Click Continue
- On the Review page, choose the Effective Date and click Submit
* Note: To add one of these plans to your account, all lines from your current plan(s) will have to move to the new plan. Also, due to plan compatibility, you can only have one shared plan, aggregate plan, or mix-and-match plan on your account at a time.
To change your plan on more that 100 lines at a time while logged in to My Business Wireless:
- Click Manage > Account > View wireless numbers
- Click I want to … Manage plans (100 lines max)
- Click Download bulk template next to “Working with more than 99 lines?
- Click Download Bulk template in the Change Plan section to get the Calling Plan Change template (the template will be used to let you change multiple numbers on the same plan)
- Select applicable accounts and click Generate Template or click Download blank template
- Open the template, Click Enable Edit and enter an “X” in the Update Information column for every line you want to change plans on, then save Template
- Click Upload bulk template
- Check the box to agree to the Terms & Conditions and click Continue
- Choose File to retrieve the completed template from your computer
- Click Validate and submit
- Select a new plan for the lines you want to change and click Continue
- Review your changes and click Submit
You will get a confirmation number and email for your records.
To enable the plan while logged in to My Business Wireless:
- Navigate to Manage > Account > View wireless numbers
- Choose the line(s) you want to enable, and from the I want to.... dropdown menu, click "Add or remove features (99 lines max)" under the Plans and Features section
- Scroll to the Additional Services section or search for International Monthly Plan
- Toggle the slider to On (green) for the $20 International Monthly Plan
- Make any additional feature changes that you want and click Continue
- Review your selections and choose an Effective Date for the feature change
- Select the appropriate email for confirmation or order approval, and click Submit
My Business Wireline plans
Business wireline customers can upgrade their internet speed while logged in to My Business Wireline:
- View your current speed on your Plan Card
- Click the Upgrade option on the Plan Card
- Follow the directions in the order workflow to upgrade your speed
