Resume my service
While logged into My Business Wireless, you can resume service to a mobile line as follows:
- Navigate to Manage > Plans > Resume Service
- If you have more than one account, select an account
- On the Resume service number selection page, select the line(s) you want to suspend or click Select all for all the lines on an account, then click Continue
- Click Submit
Your service will usually resume within one hour of completing the above steps. Plus, we'll send you a confirmation at the listed email address. You can also have this confirmation email sent to additional recipients by clicking +Add another email address.
