My Business Wireless
When you are logged in to My Business Wireless, you’ll be able to see how many of your devices are eligible for upgrade from the home page by looking to the right of your username. Clicking on that number will direct you to the All Wireless Numbers page, which will be filtered to display the devices that are eligible for upgrade.
- Click Upgrade now next to the device you want to upgrade
- You will be directed to the Shop Devices page, which will showcase the devices that are compatible with your current plan
- Choose the device, color, storage and payment option you want
- Click Add to cart
- Click Continue
- Make your selections on the Device Protection and Accessories pages and click Continue
- Review your order and click Checkout
Company packages are groups of products combined for quick, recurring purchases in My Business Wireless. You can choose a mix of devices, plans, accessories and features. When you or authorized users are ordering in My Business Wireless, just select the package, instead of each individual item. You can also use packages to present predefined options to your users. These packages are great for businesses that purchase the same items across their workforce. Company packages can be saved for other authorized users to select, and personal packages are saved and displayed for only one user.
The following user roles can create packages in My Business Wireless:
- Primary Contacts and Admins have full access to create, manage or modify company packages
- Analyst and Buy roles can create personal packages and purchase using personal and company packages (however, they will not be able to create, manage or modify company packages)
The types of packages include:
- Company packages that can be viewed and ordered by the Primary Contact, Administrators and anyone with purchasing access
- Personal packages are created and ordered by an individual user
- Verizon-recommended packages in preconfigured combinations based on your company’s previous purchase history
To create a package when logged in to My Business Wireless:
- Navigate to Shop > Packages
- On the Packages page, click Create new package
- Add a device, and select the quantity, color and storage, if applicable
- Click Add to cart
- At the top of the page, click Continue
- Select a Plan Type in the tabs:
- Individual
- Account Share
- Aggregate Share
- Mix & Match
- When you’ve made your decision, click Select Plan
- If you need to start over, click Clear plan in the Selected Plans area on the left
- Check the box next to your account number or device selection to continue the plan selection process
- When you’ve selected your plan, click Continue
- Select your device protection option and click Add device protection or Decline device protection
- Click Continue
- Review the contents of your package in the shopping cart
- You can add accessories to your package by clicking Add Accessories
- In the “Name your package” box, enter a name for your new package
- You can use Packages for multiple order types by checking the box for the order type, which includes three options:
- Add a line
- Upgrade
- Both
- Click Save Package
Your new package will be listed on the Company Packages page.
My Business Wireline
When you are logged in to My Business Wireline, you’ll be able to see all your current services, as well as services that you can purchase. To upgrade your current services (if available) or add new services, do the following:
- Click Add/Upgrade or Order now within a services section
- When directed to the Ordering flow, select the options that best meet your business needs
- Select and review the desired services and complementary products
- Next, go to the Checkout page to see details related to your desired installation date and installment billing options for services associated with your order
- On the Review Order page, review your order’s details and pricing, and then accept the Terms of Service
- Click Place Order and view the confirmation page
