Starting the week of February 17, 2025, Verizon will be releasing a change to the multi-factor authentication/sign in process for the WITS 3 Customer Center portal. This includes an updated sign-in page design. Current authentication requires the use of One Time Passcode (OTP) via email. The new authentication process will require the use of one of the following:
