Announcements

Starting the week of February 17, 2025, Verizon will be releasing a change to the multi-factor authentication/sign in process for the WITS 3 Customer Center portal. This includes an updated sign-in page design. Current authentication requires the use of One Time Passcode (OTP) via email. The new authentication process will require the use of one of the following:

  • Yubikey device (USB-A (YubiKey 5 NFC FIPS) or USB-C (YubiKey 5C NFC FIPS) or USB-C (YubiKey 5C FIPS)
  • DUO Mobile
  • Personal Identity Verification (PIV) / Common Access Card (CAC) users

This change is required to comply with GSA POAM Verizon OSS-C-2021-055.

There will be no downtime associated with this change. When first logging in after the change, please refer to the WITS 3 Multi-Factor Authentication Changes Quick Reference Guide.

The WITS 3 contract is modified to invoke FAR clause 52.237-3 Continuity of Services for a period of 90 days. CLIN pricing will be extended in order to extend the WITS 3 contract by an additional period of 90 days from the current contract end date of November 30, 2025 to February 28, 2026.  View modification
The WITS 3 contract is modified to invoke Special H Clause H.34 “Continuity of Services” (CoS) for a period of 24 months. CLIN pricing will be extended in order to extend the WITS 3 contract by an additional period of 24 months from the current contract end date of November 30, 2023 to November 30, 2025. View modification
