Resume my service
You can resume your mobile device service, if it was temporarily suspended. This can be done through your My Verizon account online or via the app. For a more personalized experience, sign-in to My Business Wireless.
- From the Main menu, Please navigate to: Manage >> Plans >> Resume Service.
- On the "Wireless number selection" page, select the specific line(s) you wish to resume. Alternatively, click "Select all" to choose every line on the account.(Note: Only lines with status as ‘Suspended’ can be resumed.).
- Once your selection is complete, click Continue.
- On the “Resume your service now” page, please view the selected line(s) to carefully cross-verify the details.
- Optional - If you need to send order notifications to additional recipients, click Add another email address and enter the details. The Order approval section displays the manager approval email ID.
- To finalize the request, click Submit.
Your service will usually resume within one hour of completing the above steps. Plus, we'll send you a confirmation at the listed email address.
